318254825 eff09bca3a m Can I Use my Computer UPS as Inverter UPS for my Home lighting, By connecting to a car battery?
I have the 600 VA mechanism UPS which has inner 12V 7.5Ah Dry Battery. we instruct to mislay which battery as well as bond the automobile battery (88Ah). Will it work for home lighting? i dont worry about backup time. we only wish will it work or not?

Yes it will work.
Only caveat is you have to be careful not to under/overcharge the car battery. UPS has a built-in charger delivering about 1-2 Amps so if your battery is fully discharged, it will take forever to recharge. You might need external charger with higher current capacity. On the other hand, you will need to be careful not to spill acid all the time. Good luck.
