CAN MY HOME KITCHEN BECOME FDA APPROVED?

I wish to begin an in home commercial operation with my truffles as well as gluten giveaway desserts, with an internet sequence thing. can i have my home kitchen FDA authorized for that, or do i need to go to a little church kitchen?

You must have a separate space away from your “home” kitchen. You can turn another room into an FDA approved commercial kitchen. Just contact your local health department. They can give you the guidelines.

But, this MUST be a separate room from your regular kitchen.
