Take it to dry cleaner.

Try dawn if not then use Resolve grease cleaner.

put some soap on it and get a brush and scrub it but don’t scrub it too hard or else the thread will get loose.

I would go with a solution of cold water and a very SMALL amount of Dawn Dish Detergent. Gently agitate the embroidered picture by hand. Rinse again with cold water. Good luck to you!
