LINK TO OBTAIN LICENSE TO BAKE AND SELL FROM HOME KITCHEN?

Could someone greatfully assistance me find a couple to get info about a permit to bake as well as sell products from my home kitchen? we live in southern Delaware. Ive looked during a UofD Cooperative Extension site though cant appear to find anything. Thanks!

Go to the state of Delaware website and look under licensing.

Agree with Saaan – Health Department. Be aware, in order to “cater” out of your home kitchen you’ll have to be regularly Inspected by the Health Dept. to obtain and maintain your license. There are all sorts of regulations you must adhere to – 3 compartment sink, mop sink. . . and more. You’ll want to research “business permits”, Sales Tax, and other State regulations for producing goods you sell out of your home.
