CAN YOU GET A HOME LOAN WITH LESS THAN 2 YEARS OF EMPLOYMENT HISTORY?

My father as well as we have been perplexing to request for the home loan. I’ve been with my stream employer for 3 years as well as he has been with his stream employer for 1 year. His work story had been really inconstant up until final year. We only wish to know if this will be the complaint when requesting for the home loan.

it will be a problem but your credit rating and taxed income will be more important. Typically, a lender asks how many years is a person in their field. Right now if you are a first time home buyer it is the best time to buy in most of the country. The fact that you have been at the same employer for 3 years will help as well. I think you will be fine and get a good loan as long as your credit is good.
