It took them about 30 days for us. But that may all depend on your agent and how efficient they are. Ours wasn’t too efficient. We had to keep on her tail all the time. Customers shouldn’t have to do that.

If you just put in an offer and haven’t heard back whether or not the seller has accepted, that may take about a week to hear back. Just depends on how long it takes for them to do all the deciding, and calling back and forth to accept the deal. Then, once your offer is accepted, the loan process begins. :-)
